Taurine is an organic acid that can be found in practically every tissue (central nervous system, white blood cells, and skeletal muscles). High concentrations of taurine have long been observed in athletes from various sports.

In the body, taurine plays numerous roles such as bile synthesis and the functioning and development of the cardiovascular and muscular systems. Children have four times more taurine in their brains than adults. It is associated with zinc in maintaining eye function, brain function, and muscle weakness recovery. Taurine can be synthesized from cysteine and methionine, but with an adequate supply of vitamin B-6. This synthesis is often insufficient in vegetarians.

Usage: As a dietary supplement, it is recommended to consume 1 g, 30 minutes before training or 30 minutes before bedtime.
